Marek Moucka holds a Master’s degree in Arts from the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, where he specialised in Documentary film and Bachelor degree from Cinematography. 

He mostly works as a DP on several documentary series, short films, commercials and music videos.

As a Documentary director His work and films focus on human, his diversity and social differences. His short documentary IN SHALLOW WATER won a Special Jury Mention at Beldocs 2021, was screened at DOK Leipzig Film Festival. His last short documentary ATTENTION ALL PASSENGERS was screened at more than 20 festivals and won Special Jury Mention at Ethocineca Vienna 2021. Right now he have feature debut film in production GLORIOUS UTOPIA.
